Prohibition Password Party

A Wild Beer Dinner

BRU Collaboration Beer Dinner with Wild Woods Brewery

Every month Beer Chef / Founder Ian Clark of BRU handbuilt ales & eats showcases his passion for all things food and beer with a monthly beer dinner. For the month of December he has paired up with neighbors Wilds Woods Brewery for a festive dinner. Inspired by Wild Woods owners, Jake and Erin Evansâ€™ vegetarian lifestyle he created a menu that shares the deliciousness of all things vegetarian! Jake and Ian also brewed a special beer just for the occasion, a Winter Warmer with cranberries, mace, clove, bitter orange, and honey. The evening will also highlight delicious dishes like a Beet Latke with parsnip sauerkraut paired with BRUâ€™s Gabe & The Giant Peach sour mash golden ale or Butternut Brown Toffee Pudding with roasted squash and creme fraiche ice cream and paired with Wild Woods Butternut Brown Ale.
