Highland Tap And Burger Brewed Food Dinner With New Belgium
Enjoy a special dinner at Highland Tap and Burger on Thursday, February 4. The Brewed Food and Beer Pairing Dinner will feature Colorado's own New Belgium Brewing and a special menu by Chef Eli Odell.

The folks at New Belgium were nice enough to provide the ingredients used to brew their beers to use in the food, ingredients like yeast, hops, and barley. The ingredients will be put to good use in a six-course dinner paired with amazing New Belgium beers.

Cost is $50 per person, and tickets can be reserved online here. The eating and drinking start at 6 PM.

It's time to celebrate Ratio Beerworks one year anniversary! They have an awesome weekend of wild events planned and can't wait to see you in the taproom!

The celebration will kick off on Friday, February 12th, with the bottle release of Barrel Aged One Great City!, a Belgian Quadrupel aged 9 months in rum barrels. The beer will be available for purchase in 375ml bottles. A limited amount will be available on draught at the brewery that evening. Ratio will also release this year's version of One Great City! in 375ml bottles. Both bottles will feature commemorative complimentary label artwork inspired by Denver, Colorado. Package deals will be available.

The evening events on Friday will include an anniversary firkin, food truck, Smokestack 70, and a very special edition of Ratio Comedy. Hosted by Andrew Bueno, the lineup will feature Los Angeles based comedian, Allen Strickland Williams, Nathan Lund, Matt Monroe, Timmi Lasley, Meghan DePonceau, Miriam Moreno and Ian Douglas Terry.

On Saturday, February 13th, the brewery will release its one year anniversary beer, a Lemon Zest Belgian Tripel, at noon. Rato will also re-tap a special, very limited, keg of Wild in the Streets, a Wild Saison Fermented in Oak Barrels, which was released in bottle format earlier this year. Other surprises may hit the taps during the party as well.

The afternoon and evening events will feature performances by Matt Pryor, frontman of legendary independent band, The Get Up Kids, as well as a Weezer Tribute Band featuring employees of Ratio Beerworks. DJ Digg will be spinning punk, indie and soul during the afternoon and evening as the party continues. Raffles and giveaways will take place throughout the day and Matt's Snack Shack will be out front providing food.

The chocolate pairing starts at 3:00-5:30 with Dead Dog Chocolate, a local Denver company that prides itself in supporting ethically sourced and organic cacao farms. They hand sort, crack, roast, winnow, grind, conche, temper and mold all of their chocolate! No cover, no tickets but seats will be limited.

Cask conditioning of ales is a traditional British style of brewing that originated centuries ago when publicans lived above their pubs and made a life's work out of tending their beers. Cask ales are fermented, dry-hopped, conditioned and served in a single cask, the 'Firkin' being the British cask size most commonly used.

Copper Kettle Brewing Company and Hops & Pie Artisan Pizzeria are pleased to present their second annual "Snowed In Brunch", a craft beer and gourmet cuisine breakfast at Copper Kettle Brewing Company.
