2015 Vintage Beer Sale

Going through the cellar and cooler Falling Rock Tap House found some lonely bottles. The last of their kind, the last of that year, some really special ones Chris is willing to share, you know how it goes. In order to make room for more and new beers, we’re going to host our whenwegetaroundtoitorfindthemall Vintage Beer Sale and sell off these beers.

There will be a list posted on giant whiteboards in the bar. It will list the beer, year, what the price was, and what they will be selling them for now. Oh, and quantity. Most of these are 2-3 bottles, but some of the more vintage are only 1 bottle. Come early, place your order with the servers or bartenders, and hope you got there first. They fill the orders as they come in, and Chris will be updating the board as they pull bottles so it will be as current as possible.

This event will be held Saturday January 24th and Sunday January 25th from noon until 5pm.

Just remember per Colorado law, YOU MUST DRINK THE BEER ON SITE! You are not allowed to purchase these to take home.

Steampunk Snowdown 2015

Now in its 37th year! A long time ago back in 1979 the Land of Durango was covered in winter's darkness and the People and Commerce were depressed. A great lament was heard throughout the Land, as the days were short and bore little fruit. And so it came to pass one dark day The Founder John Murrah, heard this hue and cry. He enjoined the Lords of Business and the Lords of Information Dissemination that a winter celebration would bring Enterprise to the land and raise up the people in their time of need. Then the Founder said to the people, "Let there be FUN!" And SNOWDOWN was established as a winter Fun celebration. This year's theme is "Steampunk Snowdown". Think H.G. Wells, steam gadgets & gears, and Victorian-era costumes. And there's always plenty of beer related activities in this beer town.
