Summer Beer Fest
WHAT: On Friday, July 1, ViewHouse Ballpark, Denver’s popular chef-driven eatery, rooftop, and bar, invites locals and visitors to celebrate the summer kickoff event of their new monthly Beer Festival. From 5-8 p.m. on the outdoor courtyard, guests can enjoy live music from Ninety Percent 90s while sipping on free samples of new and classic brews from Odell Brewing Co. and New Belgium Brewing. Imbibers will have the chance to vote for their favorite beer, and winning brew will be on tap at ViewHouse throughout the month of July.

The summer Beer Festival kickoff event is open to the public and free of charge. All guests must be 21 years or older to attend.

For guests looking to start the fun early, ViewHouse’s daily happy hour will also be offered from 3-5 p.m., with food and drink specials such as $3 Grass-fed Beef Sliders, $6 Chicken Tacos, and $3 wine, cocktails, and beer.

Join Zwei Brewing along with Beer & Bike Tours on Wednesday, July 6th at 12pm for a Grain to Glass Adventure bike ride.

The adventure begins from Troubadour Malting in Fort Collins, and you will spend the afternoon learning about how craft beer is made in Northern Colorado.

You roll out to the fields stopping at a barley field, malt house, a hop farm and of course we'll end this tour at Zwei Brewing.

A kickoff to the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo. This 5K fun run and Brew Fest will be epic. Whiskey, Beer, Mechanical Bull, Beer, Whiskey, Food! They have it all!

5K Fun Run starts at 10 am through Bear Creek Park. You will be judged on your costume. So get out your best Cowboy or Cowgirl gear and get ready to have some fun.

Summerfest

Summerfest is a two-day community fine arts and crafts festival held outdoors in beautiful Evergreen, CO. Now in its 37th year, Summerfest kicks off Arts Alive Evergreen, a ten-day visual and performing arts showcase.

With over 100 artists from all over the country, Summerfest provides fun for all ages. In addition to great art, we have local food, live music, special performances, and a children's activity area.

$3 festival admission; children are free. Only 25 minutes from downtown Denver! From I-70 exit Evergreen Parkway via exit #252. Follow Evergreen Parkway/Hwy 74 for 3.5 miles. The festival will be on the left at the intersection of Evergreen Parkway/Hwy 74 & Squaw Pass Rd.

Parking locations include most of the adjacent Buchanan Rec Center lots, the office park lots south of the Buchanan Ponds off of Castle Ct., the RTD lot north of the festival, and the back parking lots at Bergen Village with a shuttle right to the festival. There will be signs for parking locations.

Foot-stomping bluegrass music, cooking demonstrations, living history activities, and, of course, the delectable food and wine tastings, have quickly made this event a regional favorite.

Sample food from more than two dozen of Colorado Springs' finest restaurants. Where else can you sip a vintage wine, listen to bluegrass melodies and enjoy a gorgeous view of Pikes Peak?

Bring chairs or a blanket for seating at the concert. The festival will be held rain or shine. All proceeds benefit Rock Ledge Ranch.

COST:
Adults (13 years and older): $45 before July 20, $50 after.
Children (Under 13): $15 before July 20, $20 after.
