The New Year Ushers in New Breweries
Carol White - November 21, 2011
It’s true that, over the last 6 months, several breweries in Colorado have bitten the proverbial dust and had to close. The likes of Uptown Brothers, who never got a chance to use their brewing equipment, LaVeta Bistro and Brewery, Crested Butte Brewery, Los Oasis Latin Grill and Cerveceria, and most recently Falcon Brewing in Parker, CO. They’ll be missed, but not for long. There are many, many new ones gearing up to take their place. We are tracking them all, and have listed here the ones that look to be closest to opening soon. Get ready, Colorado, to raise a glass, and toast the newest breweries!

Currently we need to complete a bit of construction and we are still waiting for some equipment that will be here in the next month or two. We will have a 7BBL brewery with a decent size Tap Room for the community”. Good news I’m sure to the residents in and around Frederick.
